Medicare

We are not in network with any private insurances. 

We will contact your insurance company on a case-by-case basis to see if they will cover the service. 

We are in the process of obtaining our Medicaid credentials. 

We will keep this site posted as the insurances come on board. 

We do currently offer tests on a cash/credit basis.
